Venue finding
In fact, anything related to an event that you want to run!
We use our expertise in all of the above to allow you the time to use your expertise in running your business

Why hold corporate events?
Today's world is becoming more and more competitive and many companies struggle to keep their talented staff.
The average cost of losing an employee is £5,000, so companies really have to work hard to keep the talent they've already got.
We work with companies to arrange corporate events that will:
Increase and improve communication within the organisation
Share the organisation's visions, values and results
Improve their manager's skills
Celebrate, share and shout about their success
Make their employees feel special
Because of this, we know how difficult it is to buy an 'off the shelf' event.
Instead, we take the time to get to know your organisation - what you do, how your staff feel and what you want to achieve. And what's more, we offer this consultation service at no extra cost
We work with you to establish what message you want to get across and why you want to do it.
We take this information and use it to design an event that is right for your organisation
Project Management
Once these details have been agreed and our contract confirmed, that's when
the legwork really begins! But you don't have to worry about this. Well Begun
will manage the project from start to finish - managing venues and agencies
and handling the logistics of the event. You can be kept in the loop as much
(or as little!) as you want to be
On-site Assistance
We recognise the importance of your event days and your Project Manager will
be with you to offer you on-site assistance at the venue
Evaluation
Sometimes companies just don't get round to formally evaluating their events.
Yet the evaluation is often as important as the event itself. We can help
you to create a type of evaluation that provides meaningful data to allow
you to assess the impact of your event and to identify areas for improvement
Our breadth of experience means that we're able to think outside the box.
Contacts
Our contacts within the industry mean that we are able to provide a professional
solution to your event needs at a fair price without compromising quality
Individual Service
Making every customer feel special has been the key to a successful and varied
career. As the customer, you are what counts and that is very much in the
forefront of our minds. Our involvement in your event can be as big or as
small as you want it to be
Commitment
We're totally committed to you the customer - if you look good, then we've
done our job properly.

Learning at Work Day is a national initiative, designed to encourage companies to promote learning in the workplace.
The Challenge
As a keen advocate of learning a leading care provider was keen
to design a day that would allow its employees to learn more skills and share
their learning experiences with their colleagues
Solution
A carefully planned internal marketing campaign including corporate communications,
printed personal invitations, pre-taster gifts and themed decorations were
used to raise awareness and encourage participation on the day
An exhibition area set up to establish a theme of "Personal Learning" - handouts on a range of learning related subjects and prospectuses from local colleges. Professional training consultants on hand to offer feedback on learning questionnaires and to answer learning related queries. Visitors encouraged to pledge to learn something new
A series of 30 minute development workshops exploring a range of ideas including confidence, multiple intelligences and how we learn.
To demonstrate how learning can be fun - a professional circus performer to tour the offices, teaching Diablo, juggling, balloon moulding and mini cycling
Results
Workshops were fully booked and attended by over
60% of the workforce
Many staff requested further reading on the topics explored throughout the
day from the training consultants available
The leading care provider demonstrated it's commitment to learning and made a real impact using cost effective means
